I'm trying to decide between three motherboards for my build: the MSI PRO B650-S WIFI, the ASUS TUF Gaming B650-E WIFI, and the ASUS B650E Max Gaming WIFI. The MSI board is PCIe 4.0, while the other two are PCIe 5.0. Any suggestions on which one is the best for my setup?

Yeah, definitely go for the TUF. If you have specific needs or questions about compatibility, just let me know, I'd be happy to help!

Thanks, I’m leaning towards the TUF.

I wouldn’t recommend the MSI board, it has overheating issues. The MAX one could also have similar problems. The TUF is built better for longer usage, so I’d stick with that one.

Thanks for the info!

The TUF is your best bet overall. It's got better features and performance compared to the MSI, which tends to overheat. The B650E boards are solid too, especially if they’re priced similarly to the TUF.

Thanks, probably gonna go with the TUF!

Keep in mind what you're planning to build. If you're pairing it with an RTX 5070 and an R5 7500F, you want something that can handle the heat and power. The MSI might struggle with that.
