Which RTX 5080 Should I Go For?

I'm trying to set up a new gaming rig and I'm considering the RTX 5080. I currently have a 3080 Ti and a Ryzen 5800X, and I'm hoping to see significant improvements with the new GPU. Could anyone who has purchased one share which brand and model they chose? I'm particularly interested in how they perform in terms of noise and temperature management, especially since I'm planning to upgrade my CPU later as well.

I went with the Founders Edition and honestly, I'm really happy with it. Most brands have comparable performance, so just grab whatever you can find at a price you're comfortable with. It’s more about availability right now than anything else.

I'm really curious about the noise levels too—has anyone tested this out? Is the Founders Edition silent under load?

I totally agree with Joe; brand differences aren't as significant anymore. The biggest advantage now tends to be customer service. Just be cautious about certain brands, like Asus, which have had mixed reviews. If I had to choose between an Asus at MSRP and an MSI card priced higher, I’d stick with Asus out of necessity.
