Why Are My Emails Going to Spam in Microsoft?

I've set up Google Workspace with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and they all check out fine on mxtoolbox.com. However, I'm noticing that some of the emails I send are ending up in the spam folders of clients using Microsoft. Has anyone else faced this issue? What can I do to improve my email deliverability?

Have you considered the content of your emails? Sometimes, tweaking the wording or modifying your email signature can help you avoid the spam folder. It’s worth a shot!

You've taken a solid step with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, but they aren't foolproof. Even legitimate emails can end up in spam if they're sent from an IP with a bad reputation. While those protocols help, they don't guarantee delivery, especially if the service has strict filtering.

True, but it seems weird that emails from Google would get flagged. Aren't their servers generally trusted?

Exactly! Google has a pretty good reputation, so it’s puzzling that emails would still get blocked.

Microsoft's spam filters can be pretty aggressive. A lot of people run into this, even with proper authentication in place. It might just be a matter of their filters acting up.
