I'm trying to format my primary drive during the Windows setup, but I'm not seeing any partitions listed. My mouse isn't working either, so I'm navigating using the TAB and arrow keys. Any idea how to fix this?

First off, make sure to download the storage drivers specific to your model and place them on your installation USB. When you get to the point where it asks for disks, load those drivers. That should help your drive become visible.
Have you checked the BIOS to see if the drive is listed there? Sometimes that's the first place to look to ensure everything is connected properly.
If your system is using Intel hardware, take a look at the BIOS settings for IRST (which stands for Intel Rapid Storage Technology). Changing it to standard AHCI can sometimes resolve this issue. If you can’t change it, try downloading the IRST drivers from your manufacturer’s support page, extracting them, and putting them on your USB.
