I've been using my PC for a little while now, but I've just noticed that both the front and back fans aren't spinning. I have a B350 gaming plus motherboard and a Corsair 4000D case. Could this be a software issue, or is it possible that I connected them to the wrong motherboard pins? I've tried different sysfan pins, but it hasn't helped. Is it possible that my motherboard is faulty?

If you've tried different pins and the BIOS isn't detecting the fans, they might just be dead. Often, BIOS will show 0 RPM if the fan isn't working at all. Try setting their speed manually to check if that helps!
How old are your fans? If they’re pretty new, they might still be under warranty, but sometimes they can just fail too. If they’re older, it’s worth considering that they might be broken.
Make sure that your fans are plugged into the right pins on the motherboard. They can be tricky sometimes! Also, double-check if everything is connected properly on the power supply.
Yeah, those fan connections can be really weird. If you’ve checked everything and they still aren’t working, you might want to look into possible issues with your power supply or motherboard.
