I've been able to send screenshots of texts and other content without any issues until recently. Now, it seems like ChatGPT can't process about 95% of the images I send. There's nothing inappropriate in the messages; I just find it way easier to send screenshots than type everything out. I'm curious if there's a new filter in place, why this change happened, and why we weren't informed about it, especially since image processing is a feature we're paying for.

Ugh, it’s been acting up since Monday night for me too. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I’d suggest keeping at it and maybe starting a new chat every now and then. Super frustrating, I know!
Yeah, I heard Reddit doesn’t allow AI to read screenshots, so if you're sending ones from Reddit, that might be the problem. Just a thought!
You might need to tell it to use Computer Vision. That feature can help with processing images better, so give that a shot!
I've noticed the same issue just a couple of days ago! It keeps saying that my screenshots are unsupported file types.
Thanks for the tip! I’ll keep trying and see if things improve.
