Why Can’t I Boot into Windows 11 with Secure Boot Enabled?

I'm trying to enable Secure Boot on my system, but every time I do, I can only boot into the BIOS and not into Windows 11. My system is set to UEFI, I have TPM 2.0 installed, and my SSD is formatted with GPT. I've done everything I can think of to troubleshoot this issue, but nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

Just to clarify, is your Windows installed on the SSD or a USB stick? If you're booting from a USB for installation, sometimes those need Secure Boot turned off during the setup and then turned back on afterward. If Windows is on your SSD, you might want to check the settings you used for your initial setup, or see if there's an option in BIOS that could be affecting the boot process.

It sounds like your Windows installation might be in legacy/MBR mode even though your drive is configured to GPT. To fix this, you could either reinstall Windows in UEFI mode or use a tool called mbr2gpt to convert your setup to UEFI. This should help with the boot issues you’re experiencing because Secure Boot won’t work with a legacy Windows install.
