Why Can’t My iPad Connect to the Internet Even When It’s Linked to Wi-Fi?

I have an iPad Pro (2020) running iOS 26.0.1, and I'm experiencing issues with my internet connection. My iPad is connected to a Wi-Fi network, but I'm unable to load anything online. I've even tried using my phone to share internet, but that didn't work either. Can anyone suggest how I can fix this?

Make sure to check if you’re connected to a VPN. Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management, and if it says you're connected, disconnect and see if your Wi-Fi works after that.

Have you tried resetting your network settings? Sometimes that can help clear up issues. If that doesn’t work, you might want to take your iPad to a repair shop to ensure it's not a hardware issue.

A simple solution could be to restart your iPad. Sometimes just turning things off and back on can resolve connectivity problems. If that fails, consider checking your router settings too.
