I recently downgraded my laptop from Windows 11 to Windows 10 because I really didn't like 11. However, ever since I made that switch, my Bluetooth has stopped working completely. It was fine before the downgrade, and now I'm stuck without it. Can anyone help me figure out what went wrong?

Oh, I had that problem too! If it helps, try checking those driver settings first. If they seem okay, definitely run those diagnostic commands. It sounds like a tedious process, but it might save you from having to reinstall everything.
If that doesn't help, have you tried running the DISM and SFC commands in Command Prompt or PowerShell? I had a similar Bluetooth issue recently, and using those commands fixed a corrupted driver for me. They can sometimes find and repair problems automatically.
It sounds like you might be dealing with a Bluetooth driver issue. I recommend checking your Device Manager to see if a Bluetooth driver is installed. If there is one, it might just need an update. If you don't see one, try scanning for hardware changes or updating the driver from there.
