I've been noticing that my disk usage spikes to 100% every day for about an hour, but the Processes tab in Task Manager shows very low disk usage. I'm not sure what's causing this issue or how to fix it. Any advice?

It could be due to several factors. First, which type of drive are you using—an SSD or an HDD? If it's an HDD, that might be the root of the problem as Windows can be pretty demanding on older hardware. Switching to an SSD can help a lot. Also, try using a program like TreeSize Free to identify which files are taking up your disk space. Clearing out unnecessary data would definitely help!
Yeah, and don't forget that you can also disable hibernation if you need to free up space quickly. Just run 'powercfg /h off' in an admin command prompt.
