I'm trying to install Windows 11 on my laptop but I keep running into a reboot issue. It happens during the installation process, whether I'm upgrading from Windows 10 or starting fresh with Windows 11. The reboot can occur right after I see the Windows logo or at various stages of the installation. I used Rufus to create a bootable USB and experimented with both MBR and GPT formats with NTFS file system. I've disabled the secure boot feature in the BIOS, and since my laptop is relatively new (I got it last year), I don't think hardware issues are the culprit. Once while troubleshooting, I got a log message from UEFI stating, 'launching efi\boot\bootx64.efi,' and then nothing else happened. My laptop model is an Asus Tuf Gaming A15, and I also have a second SSD, but I still face reboots even when that SSD is removed.

It sounds like there are a few things to check. First, why did you opt for Rufus to create the USB? It's usually better to use the Microsoft media creation tool. Also, I suggest completely wiping your drives and leaving no partitions before installing. Make sure you have secure boot enabled and are set to UEFI mode with TPM turned on. Disable any legacy or CSM options in your BIOS. Ensure your storage is set to AHCI mode instead of RAID too. And don't forget to update your BIOS if you haven't already!
You might also consider trying Ventoy for creating the USB. It supports multiple ISO files and can be more flexible than Rufus.

I used Rufus because my other computer runs Windows 7, and it can't use the media creation tool. I'm not sure how to enable TPM or disable CSM; I can't find those options in my BIOS.
