My PC unexpectedly shut down and now it only starts in Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE). I ran a system health check that repaired some files, but it still won't boot normally. I'm hoping to resolve this without wiping my PC, as I want to keep all my files. Any suggestions or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!

When your PC goes into WinRE, check if there’s a 'continue' button in the top left corner. If you click it, what happens? If you can, snap a pic of the first screen you see and share it here so we can help better.
I had a similar problem with two PCs recently. Both were running Easy AntiCheat games when they crashed and entered a recovery loop. After messing with my RAM, I found that reseating it fixed the issue, even though it seemed unlikely since the RAM was relatively new. You might want to try reseating your RAM or checking if it's faulty!
