I just moved my PC to a new place, and now it makes a slight buzzing noise. It sounds like it's coming from the GPU, and this is the first time I've noticed it. While it's not loud enough to hear during gaming, I'm still a bit worried. The PC was in its box for three days, lying flat the whole time with no drops or bumps. I ran a 3D Mark demo and got average results, but I've noticed a slight FPS drop in Fortnite. I'm unsure if the drop is related to the noise or just game optimization. The noise isn't causing any issues, but I want to ensure everything is okay with my setup.

Check to see if any wires are getting too close to the GPU fans. Sometimes they can rub and create unwanted noise.
It sounds like you’re dealing with coil whine, which is pretty common and usually not a problem. Just keep an eye on it!
