Hey everyone, I ran a check on my PC and it flagged something about having a "DMA" (Direct Memory Access), but I don't actually have that on my system. I don't cheat in games or plan to, so I'm curious what could be causing this warning. Can someone help me figure this out?

DMA refers to a variety of components in your computer, so it can be a bit confusing. If you aren't having issues with any games running, it sounds like the scan might be misinterpreting something. Can you clarify if it's saying a specific game might not run because of it? That could help narrow things down!
If you want to track down what's causing the DMA flag, you might want to check your Device Manager. You can find the "Interrupt Controller" under PCI ports and see which driver is handling it. Sometimes, drivers can get mixed up and cause false positives in scans.
It might help to provide more context about your setup. Try telling us exactly what problem the scan is reporting. For example, mention the game involved, or any changes in your system recently—have you updated anything or installed new software? That info could lead to a solution!
The weird thing is that everything seems to be running perfectly fine. The software just insists I’m cheating due to that DMA, and I want to avoid any potential issues in the future, like getting falsely banned.

Actually, all my games are running fine. I used a program called "storm" to check my system, and it flagged the DMA without much detail. Now it claims I'm cheating, which worries me since I don’t want to risk getting banned.
