Why is my PC showing a yellow light on the motherboard with a black screen?

I'm bench testing my PC components, but when I power it on, the screen stays black, and my monitor reports no signal. The monitor just shows a steady yellow and white light. Here's what I've tried so far: reseating the CPU, slightly loosening the AIO cooler, testing various RAM configurations (including using one stick at a time in each slot), double-checking all cable connections, clearing the CMOS, booting with and without the GPU, and attempting to use the motherboard's HDMI port. The components light up, but I still can't get any display output. I'm starting to wonder if the RAM might be the culprit, as it isn't listed on the compatibility list from the motherboard manufacturer. Here are my components: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, ASUS ROG STRIX B850-I GAMING WIFI, Corsair SFX 1000W PSU, Kingston DDR5 FURY Beast 2x16GB 6000, 5070FE, Corsair iCUE H100i ELITE CAPELLIX XT, Samsung 900pro. Any help or suggestions would be great! Thanks!

If you're rebuilding the PC outside the case (like on a wooden desk) and it's still having the same issue, that might suggest a faulty motherboard. Have you tried that yet?

It's actually built outside on a wooden desk. I suspect the RAM, so I'm planning to order a compatible pair from the motherboard's website.

Are you using a riser cable? It could be an issue, especially since you’re on an ITX build. Have you tried booting using the integrated GPU instead? That can help diagnose if your GPU is the problem.

No, I plugged the GPU directly into the motherboard and later removed it.
