I recently upgraded my PC to have 32GB of RAM, but Windows 10 is only recognizing 16GB as usable. The system properties show 32GB installed but list 16GB as usable. I've got two additional 8GB sticks that match the originals I had. Here's what I've tried so far: keeping Windows updated, rearranging the RAM sticks, and unchecking the 'maximum memory' option in MSconfig. I'm using an MSI B450 Tomahawk motherboard, with Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-2666 RAM and an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 CPU, plus an RX 5700 XT GPU. My memory usage tends to spike while gaming, so if this RAM issue is resolved, it might help. I'm also curious about CPU upgrade options that would work with my motherboard. Thanks for any help!

First, check your BIOS to see if it detects all 32GB of RAM. If it does, make sure to enable the **Memory Remap** feature if it’s not already on. After that, you can try testing each RAM stick one by one to rule out any faulty ones. Lastly, don't forget to update your chipset and BIOS, as that could help too! Good luck!

Thanks!! I’ll definitely check the BIOS. I can’t remember the last time I updated the chipset or BIOS, so that might be the key. Appreciate the advice!
