Why isn’t my GPU turning on after building my PC?

I've just built my PC and installed Windows 11 Pro. The computer boots up fine, but my GPU doesn't seem to be working; I don't see the fan spinning. I've been troubleshooting this issue all day. Any ideas on what might be wrong? Here are my specs: Intel Core i9-14900k, 64GB RAM, 2x 1TB SSDs, RTX 5060 TI (16GB), and an MSI MPG B760M EDGE TI WIFI LGA 1700 M-ATX motherboard. Oh, I'm using a Cooler Master MWE Gold V2 850W 80 PLUS Gold Modular PSU.

Make sure you plugged the power cable into the GPU correctly. Double-check that you used the right connectors. If you did and still don't see it in Device Manager, there could be a bigger issue.

I did plug it in, but it's still not showing up.

Don't worry, this might be normal! Many modern GPUs have a Zero RPM mode where the fans won't spin up until they reach a certain temperature. So, if you’re worried about that, it could just be how it’s designed to operate.

That makes sense, but I'm not seeing the GPU in Device Manager.

Check if your monitor is connected to the GPU instead of the motherboard! If it's plugged into the GPU, make sure you're actually getting a display. You should also check the BIOS to see if the GPU is recognized. Sometimes the fans won't start up until the GPU heats up a bit.
