I recently bought a neck massager at the Hong Kong airport that charges via USB-C. I didn't keep the original charger because I thought any USB charger would work fine. However, I'm having trouble charging it since I got back to the UK. Could this be due to different voltage standards? Any suggestions on how to resolve this? Thanks!

It might very well be the voltage issue. USB-C does support a variety of voltages, but not all chargers can provide every voltage type. To troubleshoot, check what voltage your massager requires and make sure you're using a charger that can meet those needs.
Thanks for the info! This voltage thing has always confused me. Since Hong Kong operates on 220V, does that make a difference, or is it just the USB-C standard that matters?
