I recently installed a new MSI PRO B760-P WIFI DDR4 motherboard that has four RAM slots. After setting everything up, I attempted to boot the system, but while the fans start and the RGB lights on my GPU illuminate, there's no display output and the RAM LED shows an error. I've tried several troubleshooting steps, such as clearing the CMOS, but it still doesn't work with both RAM sticks in place. However, when I use just one RAM stick, the system boots fine. I've updated the BIOS and even tested the second stick with a known working module from another setup, but the issue persists. I've also tried swapping the RAM modules, and although there are no lights indicating a RAM error with the swapped sticks, I still can't get past the POST screen. When I go back to the single stick configuration, clear the CMOS, enable XMP, and try again, it still fails to post and shows the orange RAM LED. I managed to boot once with a single stick and updated all drivers in Windows then, but now I'm stuck. What other troubleshooting steps should I take to get it working?

Make sure to look at the CPU pins too. Seems like bent pins could be causing your issues, especially if the RAM isn't recognized properly.
Have you waited a bit after trying to boot with both sticks? Sometimes it can take a few minutes to cycle power for the first boot. Just give it a shot, it may work!
You might want to check for bent pins on the CPU socket or possibly a faulty motherboard. Inspect the socket closely and try reseating the CPU carefully—sometimes that's the culprit!
I'm checking the socket now, and from my initial look, it seems fine. I'll re-seat the CPU and test it out.

I've actually waited almost ten minutes with both sticks installed, but no luck.
