My PC Turns On But Won’t Boot—What Can I Do?

I recently built my first PC using parts from pcpartpicker.com/list/yTHT74, and while I can get it to power on (the fans are running and the liquid in the CPU cooler is circulating), I have a couple of issues. The RGB lighting isn't activating, the CPU debug light is always on, and the system isn't booting at all—not getting any signal to the monitor. It sometimes also turns itself off and back on. I'm looking for troubleshooting advice. Any ideas?

Make sure to check your components closely! Share your specs like the motherboard, CPU, and PSU—those details are super important. The motherboard manual can help you diagnose because the LEDs indicate specific issues. Also, double-check that the PSU cables for the CPU are fully seated and that your RAM is installed correctly.

I've checked the PSU cables and RAM, and everything seems secure. The specs are linked above, but I'll take another look at the manual as you suggested—thanks!

It sounds like you might need to flash the BIOS. Typically, 600 chipset motherboards don't natively support 9000 series CPUs right out of the box. If you haven't done that yet, that's a good first step to try.
