What’s Causing My PC to Randomly Fail to Boot?

Hey everyone! I'm having a frustrating issue with my PC build and I could really use your insights. I have a MSI B840 Gaming Plus WIFI motherboard, AMD 7600x CPU, AMD Rx 6900 XT GPU, Lexar 6000MHz CL28 RAM, an Arctic E34 Duo Esport cooler, and a Gigabyte UD1000GM PSU. When I first set it up, I encountered an EZ Debug CPU red light and a DRAM yellow light. I waited several hours for the RAM to 'learn' but nothing changed. I've swapped RAM sticks, remounted the CPU, and even tried a different PSU, but the issue persists. Once, after being hopeless, it booted the next day and worked fine for a month until the problem returned. I ended up spending 200 Euros at a repair shop for them to say nothing was wrong while it was working fine. I thought it might be electrical issues, so I got a protected plug that worked well for three months until the same boot issue reappeared. I sent the motherboard to MSI and they said everything was fine, but soon after getting it back, the problem returned yet again. I've gone through a ton of different RAM placements and even bought a Thermal Grizzly contact frame hoping that might help. I've tried a CMOS reset in multiple ways. Right now, it feels like this PC has a mind of its own! Any suggestions? I'm really at my wit's end here!

Have you considered swapping out the CMOS battery? When you change it, make sure to hold down the power button for about 60 seconds with the battery out before putting in a fresh one. Sometimes, a weak battery can cause all sorts of boot issues.

I actually tried that before, but I did it again for luck! Changed to a new Duracell 2032 battery, held the button for 90 seconds this time, but still no luck.
