Hey everyone! I recently installed a 9060 XT 16GB graphics card in my PC, but now it won't turn on at all. I've checked all the connections, performed the paper clip test on my PSU (which passed), reset the CMOS battery, and even put my old GPU back in, but there are still no signs of life. No lights, no fans, nothing when I press the power button. I'm starting to think it might be a motherboard issue, but I bought it in 2022, so I'm not sure what to think.

Have you made sure to ground yourself before working inside the case? Static electricity can cause shorts. Also, check if there are any lights on the motherboard that might indicate an issue—they can be pretty helpful! What motherboard are you using?
What happens if you remove the graphics card entirely? Does the system power on then?
Also, consider that the new GPU might not be seated properly—it could prevent power from reaching the rest of the components.
Have you tried manually shorting the power pins with a screwdriver instead of pressing the power button? It could be a fault with the button itself. Just a thought!
I did try that with a flathead screwdriver, but nothing happened.
I didn’t ground myself, and I think that might be the issue. There are no lights on the motherboard. It’s an ASRock B660M.
