Hey everyone, I'm curious if my current setup can effectively support a 9060 XT 16GB graphics card, or if I should consider going for a 7700 XT instead. Here's my current build: Ryzen 5 5600, ASUS B450-F Gaming, 16GB DDR4 3200MHz, 1TB Crucial P3 Plus, GTX 1080 Ti, and a Corsair TX-M 650 power supply. I'm aiming to play games at 1080p/1440p, mixing both older and newer titles. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

No worries, it will run smoothly! If you're looking for a deal, keep an eye out for a used 5700X3D or 5800X3D, those can be good options for the future if you're planning to upgrade.
You can definitely run the 9060 XT with your setup! If you ever feel like it's not cutting it, you might want to check out the 5700X3D or 5800X as upgrades. They can give you a reliable performance boost if needed.
I’ve actually been using my 1440p monitor at 1080p for a while, so fully utilizing its potential would be great! For the CPU upgrade, I'm thinking of sticking with my 5600 until I jump to AM5 later this year.
You should be good! The 5600 might hold back the GPU a bit at 1080p, but it should perform well at 1440p. A lot of folks worry about bottlenecks, but in practice, it sounds better than it usually is.
This is what I was hoping to hear! I've been watching some tests, and it seemed like there might be some concerns. Long-term, I'm planning to get the 9060 XT and upgrade to AM5 later, depending on my budget, so this kinda helps ease my mind!
That's good to know! I definitely want to save up and switch to AM5 later this year. Thanks for your advice!
