I recently got my first prebuilt PC and discovered that my AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT GPU isn't compatible with my Meta Quest 3 VR headset. I went ahead and purchased an AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT to fix this. The thing is, I have zero experience with PCs—until a couple of weeks ago, I didn't even know what a GPU was! I've tried asking some tech-savvy friends for help, but they keep bailing on me. I've looked up some tutorials and they make it seem pretty straightforward, but I'm really worried about messing something up. If I watch a step-by-step tutorial, do you think I could manage it without any issues?

You’ll be fine. Just follow a tutorial closely, and you shouldn’t run into issues. Also, check what kind of power supply you have; that’s really important when upgrading GPUs!
Yeah, swapping out a GPU is one of the easiest upgrades you can do! Just make sure to follow along with a video and remember not to force anything. It should go smoothly if you're careful!
I hope so! I really don’t want to break anything.
Totally doable! Before starting, make sure to turn off the PC and unplug it. Just take your time and don’t rush; if something doesn’t budge, you might have missed a screw or clip. Also, laying your PC on its side can help with inserting the new card. You'll be fine!
Thanks for the tip! I’ll definitely try that.
How can I check my power supply wattage?
