I've been dealing with a frustrating issue where my PC drops to 1 FPS for about 10 seconds, then powers off and restarts in a boot loop. This first happened 5 days ago. After trying to fix it by formatting Windows with no success, I unplugged the PSU and held the power button for 15 seconds, which allowed me to use the PC again temporarily. However, this problem keeps recurring after a few hours of use. I suspect it might be an internal GPU issue, especially since a white VGA LED lights up on the motherboard even when the PC boots normally. My setup includes a B550M Pro VDH WiFi motherboard and an ASUS 4060 GPU. I've run some OCCT tests without any notable results. Does anyone have any insights or possible solutions?

It might be worth checking the cables connected to your PSU and GPU. Sometimes a loose connection can cause intermittent issues. Try swapping them out if you have spares.
Considering the VGA light is on, your GPU might be at fault. If your CPU has integrated graphics, try removing the GPU and connect your monitor directly to the motherboard to see if that resolves the issue.
I actually don’t have integrated graphics on my CPU, which is why this is so frustrating. The white light shows up even when the system boots normally, which is odd.
Have you checked your temps while doing stress tests? Keeping an eye on them might help pinpoint the issue.
CPU and GPU temps seem fine during gaming. The PSU voltages also looked normal when I used HWINFO last time it crashed, which is puzzling. It just happens randomly.
Have you considered that your exhaust fans might be causing thermal spikes? If they're locking up even temporarily, that could lead to these issues. How do they seem when the PC crashes?
The fans seem to spin fine, even during the crashes, so I don't think it's an issue there.
Are you referring to the cable connecting the PSU to the GPU? I do have at least one more of those to try!
