Best 1440p 240Hz Monitor for Gaming with a 5070 Ti?

Hey everyone! I'm trying to find the right 1440p monitor to pair with my 5070 Ti. Ideally, I want something that can hit 240Hz, as I mostly play CS2 and some AAA titles. I've been eyeing the Alienware AW2723DF, but I'm not sure if the price is justified compared to other monitors available. The variety out there is pretty overwhelming, and I'm working with a budget of about £200–£300. Any recommendations on whether the Alienware is worth the extra cash or if there are better options at that price range? I'd really appreciate any advice! Thanks!

Consider getting two monitors if you can! I picked up two 4K displays for around £420, and the upgrade from 1080p is just incredible. You won’t regret it!

Can’t go wrong with 1440p in CS2! It really makes headshots much easier. I also found the Gigabyte M27Q-X, which has native 1440p 240Hz for around €230. Worth a look!

You might want to check out the MSI G2741PX. I use it with my RTX 5070 Ti, but keep in mind that at 240Hz, you could run into some screen flickering issues due to the current 576.xx drivers. If that happens, just stick with 180Hz until the drivers get sorted out.

Skip the Alienware! If you're looking for a good deal, check out the KTC 27 Inch QHD; it's been getting great reviews and is surprisingly affordable right now.

Honestly, the price for the Alienware is pretty steep. I wouldn't recommend it unless you really need the premium features. There are plenty of solid options in the £200-£300 range, like monitors from Acer, AOC, or TUF that have similar specs but won't break the bank. Unless you’re going for an OLED or need pinpoint color accuracy, save your cash!
