Need Help Understanding My PC Monitor Readings

I've recently been upgrading my PC and need some guidance on a few things. My current setup includes an Asus TUF 9070XT graphics card, an Intel i7 14700K processor, and 4x 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 RAM. I've run into issues because I can't enable XMP; doing so causes my PC to crash, and Corsair iCUE doesn't seem to recognize the RAM. I'm using an MSI Z790 Gaming Plus WiFi motherboard, updated to the latest BIOS (except the beta one). My power supply is a Corsair RM1000X Shift. I've also retained my old components: a Corsair H100X water cooler and an MSI MPG Vampiric 010 case. I have attached my HWMonitor readings, which were taken while running Time Spy. I'm looking for feedback on my case and cooler, as well as any insights into the XMP issue. Thanks!

If you've had two sticks of DDR4 before and just added two more DDR5 sticks, that might explain some performance hiccups. It could be wise to return the extra two sticks for now unless you're planning on needing that much RAM soon – after all, games are starting to eat a lot more memory. As for your CPU temp, maxing out at 96°C is a bit high; generally, you'd want to keep it below that during heavy loads to avoid throttling.

Running four sticks of DDR5 RAM can sometimes lead to instability issues since that's been a known factor since it launched. Your temperature readings seem normal for your setup, especially since the case is quite flashy and might not have the best airflow. Also, using a 14th Gen CPU was a bit of a gamble as it’s relatively new; some users have reported experiencing various issues while others have had smooth sailing.
