Why are my custom water loop temps so high?

Hey everyone! I've got a bit of a situation with my setup. I'm running a 13900k and a 3090ti, and even though I've just finished a custom water cooling setup, my temps are still surprisingly high. For example, while playing Marvel Rivals, my GPU hits around 70-80 degrees, and my CPU reaches 85-90 degrees. I thought the custom cooling would yield much better results. My case is a LIAN Li O11 Dynamic Mini, with both side and bottom fans acting as intakes and the top as exhaust. I didn't put a fan in the back since my GPU is vertically mounted. Am I missing something here, or are these components just built to run hot?

Have you thought about bumping up your radiator fan speeds? Increasing them could help dissipate more heat effectively. Remember, by doing so, you're throwing that heat into your room, but it can help lower your component temps!

I did tweak the fan speeds but didn’t notice any difference unfortunately.

It seems like it could also be the case design that's contributing to higher temps. Those powerful components (3090ti and 13900k) might really heat up the air in there more than you think. If the case isn’t designed for optimal airflow, it could be an issue.
