I'm currently using a 750W Corsair power supply with a Ryzen 5900X and an RTX 4080 Super. I'm considering upgrading to a Ryzen 9800X3D for better gaming performance, but I'm not sure if my PSU can handle the additional power requirements. I typically undervolt my GPU and have no plans to overclock my CPU. Will my current setup be sufficient or should I look into a higher wattage power supply?

I've got an SFX 750W PSU paired with a 9800X3D and a 4090 FE, and I’m all good! You should be fine.
Try using partspicker.com to find out your exact requirements. If you add 100W to its calculations, you'd be safely covered for your setup.
The brand matters too! A decent 750W PSU should handle this just fine, but make sure it's a reputable model.
In short, it’s likely sufficient. Your PSU seems to handle it well.
When it comes to power supply, it’s wise not to cut corners. You’re investing in high-end components so why not go for a 1000W PSU? It gives you more headroom for future upgrades and ensures stability. Many think they won’t need the extra, but it’s good to be safe!
I've got a similar 750W PSU combined with a 7800X3D and a 9060 XT, and I haven't had any overheating issues during long gaming sessions.
With a 120W CPU and a 350W GPU, your estimated total usage during heavy tasks is around 500W. So, you should be good with a 750W PSU. Just keep the dust filter clean for optimal performance!
You're totally fine with that setup!
Your current PSU isn't limiting performance right now, so you're safe with what you've got. If you plan on upgrading later, just consider a new PSU then.
