Hey everyone! I'm looking to build a PC in Malaysia with a budget of around $1,800 (MYR 8,000). My goal is to get the best performance-for-value setup possible. I would appreciate any suggestions on components that you think I should swap out for better performance, cooling, value, or visual appeal. I'm open to all ideas!

**Region:** Malaysia (SEA)
**Theme:** Dark and sleek with subtle RGB lighting
**Monitor:** CM GM34-CWQ2 (UWQHD 3440x1440, 144Hz)

Here's my planned build:
|Component|Model|Price (MYR / USD)|Notes|
|:-|:-|:-|:-|
|**CPU**|AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D AM5 Processor - Tray Unit|RM 1512.24 / $354.86||
|**Motherboard**|MSI B650M GAMING PLUS WIFI AM5 or Asrock B850M Pro-A|RM 623.92 / $146.41|MSI is the cheapest with decent VRM. (Alt: ASRock PG Lightning); Asrock is the latest B850M|
|**RAM**|KLEVV Cras V (2x16GB) RGB 6000MHz CL28|RM 506.00 / $118.74|Hynix's OEM RAM is one of the lowest latencies for 6000MHz. (Alt: Acer Predator Vesta RGB)|
|**GPU**|GIGABYTE AMD RX 9070 XT GAMING OC 16GB GDDR6|RM 3579.00 / $839.85|Found the cheapest 9070 XT OC available. (Alt: ASRock Steel Legend or XFX Radeon Swift non-OC)|
|**PSU**|SUPER FLOWER LEADEX III 1000W|RM 567.60 / $133.19|Seems like overkill but it's an A-grade PSU|
|**SSD**|KINGSTON KC3000 Gen4x4 2TB|RM 588.12 / $138.01||
|**CPU Cooler**|THERMALRIGHT Phantom Spirit 120 Evo Dual Towers|RM 199.75 / $46.87|It's a top budget air cooler option. Looking for something beefier for aesthetics though (170mm height)|
|**Case**|Techware Timber M-ATX (Includes 3x front 120mm + 1x rear 120 Fans)|RM 145.50 / $34.14|Fits the theme and is budget-friendly (biased opinion).

I think that 1,000W PSU is overkill for your build. Unless you're planning to upgrade to something like a 5090 or RTX 6000, you might want to opt for an 800W unit. It'll be more than enough power wise and save you a few bucks too!

Alright! The 850W PSU is about $20 cheaper, so that could work!
