Hey everyone! I'm in the process of saving up for my first PC build and was considering a 7800X3D bundle at Microcenter, along with a 9070XT. My question is whether the integrated graphics on the 7800X3D would hold up for gaming at 1080p with decent frame rates, so I could wait for prices on the 9070XT to settle down. The games I usually play include Satisfactory, Deep Rock Galactic, and Cities: Skylines 1. Right now, I'm running a 1660 Ti and an i7-4790 from a prebuilt system, so if the integrated graphics are at least better than that, I'd be satisfied!

From what I’ve seen, the onboard graphics aren’t going to provide a great gaming experience at 1080p. In benchmarks, it tends to struggle even at lower settings. If frame rates matter to you, stick with your 1660 Ti for now until you're able to upgrade.
The iGPU on the 7800X3D is only decent for running Windows and simple applications. If you're looking to play games like Satisfactory and Cities: Skylines, your 1660 Ti will perform significantly better. Honestly, even a low-end dedicated GPU would outperform it in gaming scenarios.
Honestly, I wouldn’t rely on the integrated graphics for gaming. It's definitely weaker than your 1660 Ti. You might be better off just using that card until you can afford something more powerful. The onboard GPU is mainly for basic tasks and doesn’t handle gaming well at all.
No way, the 7800X3D's integrated graphics are pretty underwhelming. They're fine for everyday stuff like web browsing, but not suitable for gaming. Since you have the 1660 Ti, definitely use that until you can snag a better GPU!
