I'm using a TUF Gaming B660 plus motherboard with a RJ45 Cat 6 cable on Windows 11. Not long ago, I was getting 2Gbps for download and 800Mbps for upload, but now my upload speed is stuck at just 0.6Mbps. I've tried reinstalling the drivers, but that hasn't helped. I even tested it on my second operating system, which is Windows 10, but I'm seeing the same issue. Can anyone offer some help?

First off, try swapping your ethernet cable. Sometimes, faulty cables can really mess with your speeds. Also, consider reaching out to your ISP to see if they can run a test from their end to pinpoint the issue.
Just make sure to back up your data before making any BIOS or system changes. If you're still having trouble after trying a different cable, your ISP testing might reveal if there's a bigger issue.
