Upgrading My Rig: Is the 14600KF and 5060 Ti a Good Combo with Arctic Freezer 36?

Hey folks! I'm looking to upgrade my old setup which currently has an i5-3570K. My plan is to start by getting an RTX 5060 Ti 16GB, and then later replace the CPU and motherboard. I'll primarily be gaming (around 80%) with some light productivity work, mostly coding and game development using Unity. I'm currently gaming at 1080p and plan to move to 1440p in a few years. I'm considering a few CPUs, including the i5-14400F and i5-14600KF, but I need to keep budget in check. I've heard good things about the Arctic Freezer 36 cooler, but I'm unsure if it's enough for these new CPUs, especially the 14600KF. What do you all think? Any advice on this setup or cooler options?

I’d suggest looking into the Ryzen 7 7700. It performs similarly to some of the Intel options but offers 8 cores and 16 threads, making it better for productivity tasks too. Plus, it comes with AMD's Wraith Prism cooler, so you won’t need to buy an extra cooler like the Arctic Freezer 36 right away. Plus, many recent discussions suggest Intel’s newer CPUs aren’t really fixed; they've just been set to under-clocked speeds to protect them before the warranty runs out. Honestly, going for Ryzen might be the way to go now!

Do all Ryzen CPUs come with coolers? It's nice not worrying about that with options like the xx400Fs! Also, I've seen mixed reviews about the longevity of the 9600X, just trying to weigh my options.
