I'm trying to figure out if the PowerEdge T340 has a dedicated iDRAC port. Right now, I'm managing this server remotely, and it looks like the previous manager set things up in a pretty odd way. In OpenManage, I see an option for a dedicated port, so I'm guessing it does have one. However, I noticed a virtual adapter in Windows called 'iDRAC' with a strange configuration—it doesn't even have a default gateway. The OpenManage settings show it's set to 'dedicated port' with its own IP, but it also uses the server's IP as the gateway, which seems off to me. My plan is to visit and plug directly into what I hope is the dedicated port, but I've tried my usual network settings for dedicated iDRAC connections and still can't access the web UI, so I'm starting to think we might not be plugged into the correct port.

Just a heads-up, older models like the lower-end ones (5 and below) sometimes didn't have a dedicated iDRAC port and relied on other interfaces. Sounds like you've got it sorted, but always confirm that if costs were cut, the iDRAC might not be dedicated!
Yes, it absolutely has a dedicated iDRAC port—it’s the Ethernet port at the back labeled 'iDRAC'. The virtual adapter you’re seeing in Windows is just for the OS to access the iDRAC directly.
You should see 2 standard NIC ports and 1 dedicated iDRAC port on the T340. If you can't access it, double-check your cabling.
