I'm hoping to build an AMD-based PC to accompany my 4090 GPU. While my preferred budget is around $1400, I might stretch it up to $2500 if necessary. My current setup is an all-in-one from around 2020, which has been a struggle because it can't upgrade its graphics card. I discovered it has only 0.6 GB of VRAM, which was shocking. I briefly owned a Ryzen 7 with a 4070 Ti but returned it, aiming for something more powerful. Given that I do a lot of day trading on a site that continually updates and puts a strain on the graphics card, I need a solid upgrade. Ideally, I'm looking for a build that has at least 12GB of VRAM to ensure I'm not bottlenecked. Any recommendations on a budget-friendly and a more high-end build? Thanks in advance!

Just a heads-up, it sounds like you're wanting to keep the 4090 as your main focus. If you're looking for 12GB VRAM, the 4090 already is overkill. Solid choices for the CPU while sticking to AMD would be the Ryzen 7 5800X3D, as it's great for gaming and handling intensive applications. If you're considering a prebuilt, just make sure it has that GPU included. They'll save you the hassle of building it yourself while still performing well!
You might want to check out some forums like r/buildapcforme for more tailored advice, but I'll give you a general idea. For a solid AMD build with the 4090, aim for the Ryzen 9 5900X or 5950X. Pair that with a good motherboard like the ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII or MSI MPG B550 Gaming Edge WiFi. For RAM, 32GB of DDR4 should be good, maybe even go for 64GB if you do a lot of multitasking. As for cooling, don't skimp out—get a nice AIO cooler. You'll have a fantastic setup with that.
Yeah, I'm open to prebuilt options if they’re good. Thanks for the tips on the Ryzen! That could be a game changer.
