I'm trying to build a new PC with a budget of $1,250. Currently, I have an RTX 3060, but I'm considering upgrading to a Ryzen 5 9600X paired with an RTX 5070. I'd love to hear any recommendations or alternative suggestions!

Check out this build I put together: it includes a Ryzen 5 9600X and an RTX 5070 which should perform well. Just to note, the total price comes out to about $1,428.83, slightly over your budget, but I think it’s worth it. You can always look for cheaper components if you need to save a bit!

Wow, that's a bit more than I expected. Can you help me find parts that would be under budget?

I like your plan, but consider the 5060 Ti or options like the 6900 XT or 7900 XT if your budget allows. They might offer better performance for slightly more cash. Just pick what fits your overall budget!

Great picks! Here’s my list: it totals around $1,319.74 with a bit of a different setup.

Honestly, you might want to think about upgrading your existing build instead. For the price you're looking at, you could snag a Ryzen 9 9800X3D and a Radeon 9070 XT without having to sell off any parts. It might give you better performance without going over budget!

I hear you, but my case won't fit the 5070, and my brother is taking my old GPU.

If you're set on the 5070, that's the cost you're looking at. You could save some cash by choosing a less expensive PSU, cutting down on memory, or picking a cheaper case, but the 5070 is a solid choice for gaming!

Could you check my post? I'm looking for the best value but not sure what parts to upgrade or what to choose.
