Hey everyone! I'm working on my first PC build and have picked most of my components, but I'm really stuck on choosing a motherboard. I've seen mixed reviews about different brands and it's all pretty overwhelming, especially with technical terms like VRMs, BIOS features, and chipsets flying around. I understand that my CPU will dictate the motherboard type, but beyond that, I'm lost.
I'd love some recommendations for a good, reliable motherboard that fits my build. It would be super helpful if you could explain why your suggestion would be a solid choice, as I'm eager to learn more about this process.
Additionally, I'd appreciate any feedback on my overall build and whether there are any changes you think I should make. Here's the link to my build: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/sczsrM
Just to add, my budget for the motherboard is a maximum of $300 CAD, but I'm willing to stretch it a bit for something that's really worth it. Lastly, it's important to me that the motherboard has WiFi capability. Thanks a lot for your help!

Honestly, for your setup, I recommend going with the TUF B850 WiFi. It's solid and fits right into your budget. The TUF line is known for its durability and reliability, so you should be well covered. Plus, it includes WiFi, so that checks one of your boxes! The VRM quality is decent for a mid-range motherboard, and it has the necessary features to handle your Ryzen 9600X without issues. Just make sure to keep an eye on reviews specific to its AM5 setup, so everything runs smoothly!
Thanks for the suggestion! I edited my post to include my budget, and I'm glad the TUF fits. Is there a specific reason you chose the B850 over the B650?
