I've built a PC using an Asus H81m-E motherboard with an i5 4590 processor and a couple of 4GB sticks of 1333MHz RAM, powered by a Thermaltake Litepower 450W PSU. The issue I'm facing is that it won't boot at all, even though the motherboard light turns on when it gets power. Every component has been checked and works, but when I tried setting it up at home, nothing happened. Interestingly, it worked fine at the tech shop. I've gone through multiple troubleshooting steps—checking ground connections, ensuring the cooler is functioning, and testing it with an older Core 2 Duo system that boots fine with the same PSU. I really need to get this working since I built it to set up a server for gaming with friends!

Sometimes hitting the case lightly can help reset a stuck component. Sounds silly, but it's worth a shot if you're out of options!
Have you tried removing the RAM and reseating it? Sometimes just taking it out and putting it back in can help. Also, remember to check the seating of the CPU, just in case it got dislodged during transport.
First, ensure that your power supply is delivering the right voltage. You might also want to double-check all the power connectors to the motherboard and components. Loose connections can cause issues, too. If everything seems fine, maybe try using a different PSU just to rule that out! Good luck!
Thanks for the tips! I checked the connections and they seem alright.
