Hey everyone! I'm planning to put together a budget-friendly to midrange PC for 1440p gaming using the RX 9060 XT with 16GB VRAM. I'm curious if using a Ryzen 5 7600 might create any bottlenecks. The GPU costs around $470 here and the CPU goes for $230 (both are tax included). Also, I'd appreciate any thoughts on whether these prices are reasonable and if there are better CPU and GPU options to consider!

Nope, that combo should be just fine! The Ryzen 5 7600 is powerful enough to keep up with the RX 9060 XT without causing any bottlenecks.
Yeah, you’ll be good to go! Just make sure to check the GPU benchmarks for the games you want to play in 1440p, since the RX 9060 XT is better suited for 1080p in some newer, graphically demanding titles. Most of the benchmarks I looked at were for 1440p, but I’ll double-check. Appreciate the tip!
I think the 9060 XT will handle most games pretty well, especially with FSR2/3 for more demanding titles.
A modern CPU like the 7600 shouldn't be an issue, especially with a lower-tier GPU like the 9060 XT. They should complement each other well.
I’ve seen a lot of builds using the 9600X, so I was uncertain about potential bottlenecks. That’s why I asked.
Thanks for the reassurance!
