I've been noticing that gaming performance, specifically FPS, seems to be better on Linux compared to Windows 10. I'm considering making the switch but I'm really worried about whether my games will still work on Linux. I want to play old favorites like GTA San Andreas, GTA 3, GTA 4, MTA, and Roblox, as well as Steam games and Minecraft. Could anyone recommend Linux distributions that are user-friendly, customizable, and similar to Windows 10? Also, since my computer is pretty old and my integrated graphics card doesn't have drivers for Windows 10, how do the drivers work in Linux? I don't want to deal with systemd since I'm not familiar with it.

Kubuntu is a solid choice! It's user-friendly and offers a familiar interface.
Consider starting with Linux Mint. It's really easy to customize, and it has a lot of community support. Linux is quite different from Windows, especially in how you install apps and system updates, so make sure to check the installation guide for the distro you choose.
If you're worried about game compatibility, ProtonDB is a great resource. It rates games based on how well they run on Linux. Most of the games you mentioned should work, but check there to be sure. If tweaking is needed, I'd recommend sticking with Windows for now.
I've heard that many older games actually run better on Linux. For Minecraft, the Java edition performs better, and for Roblox, it seems to function as well—definitely give it a try!
