Hey everyone! I'm running into a problem with my laptop where the WiFi icon is showing up in the system tray but I'm not seeing any available networks. Normally, I'd have a whole list to choose from, but now it looks like I'm completely offline, even though other devices are connected just fine. Here's what I've tried so far: restarting the laptop, making sure Airplane Mode is off, checking that the Wi-Fi adapter is enabled in Control Panel, updating the Wi-Fi drivers in Device Manager, running some common network reset commands (like ipconfig /flushdns), and confirming that the "WLAN AutoConfig" service is running. Any suggestions?

It sounds like you might have a loose connection with the WiFi antenna. If this is a new laptop, check if it was dropped or bumped recently. Sometimes, if the antenna isn't connected properly, you'll see the icon but won't be able to find networks. You might want to check inside the laptop to see if it's been disturbed, especially if you've had it serviced recently.
Additionally, the antenna is usually located running up the side of the screen. Considering your situation, it might be worth taking a closer look to see if anything seems off with that area. If you find that screws are loose or missing, it could definitely affect your laptop’s WiFi capabilities.
