I'm about to build my first PC using a Ryzen 5 7500F, but I'm feeling overwhelmed by the choices from Thermalright coolers. The price difference isn't huge, even in my currency, but I want to pick the best one. Here are the options I have access to:

- Assassin Spirit 120 EVO Black
- Thermalright Assassin King 120SE ARGB
- Thermalright Assassin X 120 R Digital ARGB
- Assassin King 120 Mini WHITE ARGB V3

Which cooler would you recommend?

When it comes to coolers, more fans and heat pipes usually mean better performance. The Assassin King 120 and Assassin X 120 are similarly matched, but the King has an edge due to an extra heatpipe. The Assassin Spirit is actually a solid pick as well, especially if it has an extra fan.

Thanks for clarifying! Since the Assassin Spirit only has one fan, does that mean the King 120 SE is the best option for me?

If you're looking for the best, the Phantom Spirit is the top choice since it has an extra heatpipe over the others. If that's out of your price range or unavailable, then the Peerless Assassin is a solid choice, though it might be pricier. The rest are good if you're tight on space, but they don’t stack up as well in performance.

Yeah, I get what you're saying, but unfortunately, I can't find the Phantom Spirit here. The Peerless is way too pricey for me too.

Honestly, they all perform quite well, so you might just want to choose based on which one you think looks the best. I got an Assassin X for a previous build, and it's not just effective; it looks amazing too! Sometimes the aesthetics can make a big difference, right?
