Hey everyone, I'm an Azure CSP provider and unfortunately, a few of my clients are having trouble making their payments. Before I consult with legal options, I wanted to explore what actions I can take to manage their services. Is there a way to restrict or disable their access without completely shutting everything down? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

It's really important to chat with your legal team first to understand the laws regarding service interruptions in your area. Just shutting everything off could lead to complications.
If their payments are overdue, you could just turn everything off. That'll definitely get their attention, but it might be worth considering if there’s anything less drastic you could do first.
You could consider using Conditional Access policies to block access from their accounts, allowing only your IP as the CSP. This way, you can maintain control while they figure out their payments.
You might want to start by switching off their access to services like email and OneDrive. That usually prompts clients to pay up pretty quickly.
Be cautious with turning off services. It's better to restrict access to their tenant or M365 for you as the CSP. You don't want to deal with unexpected problems after they've made a payment.
