Hey everyone, I could really use some help with my PC. I installed Windows 10 on my SSD just a few days ago, and then I added Manjaro on top of that. Initially, everything seemed to work alright—Windows booted fine, but I had to go into the BIOS to boot into Linux. However, out of the blue, I'm now facing a dual boot menu that offers me the option to boot into Manjaro or Windows 10 (but the old version on my HDD). I want to keep using Windows and would prefer not to reinstall it. If I have to reinstall Linux, I'm okay with that since I've got more time now, but if there's a way to fix this without going through that hassle, I'd love to hear some suggestions. Thanks for your help!

Glad to hear your problem is solved! If you ever face issues again, just remember to always check BIOS settings and which devices are set to boot first. It's a common pitfall!
I personally think it's best to unplug the HDD temporarily and make sure your SSD is the only bootable device in the BIOS. Install whatever OS you need from there. After that, if you want to reconnect the HDD to use it as a data drive, make sure to set the SSD as your primary boot device again. It should prevent the old Windows from messing things up.
It sounds like your system is recognizing the wrong boot option for Windows. If you're using GRUB, check out the Arch Wiki on [GRUB](https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/GRUB). You can set it up to use OSProber, which should automatically detect boot options. Just a heads up, if the old Windows on your HDD keeps showing up, you might have to remove it manually to clean up your boot menu.
