I recently bought an Asus ROG Strix x670E-E motherboard off eBay about two months ago, but the other components only arrived today. Unfortunately, I didn't check the AM5 socket when it came in, since it was still sealed and advertised as new. Now, I discovered that there are some missing pins. Is it worth trying to use the motherboard despite this issue, or could it lead to further damage to my other components? Also, I'm attaching a picture of the socket to show the condition.

First off, you should definitely get a clearer picture of the socket. Once you've posted that, it’ll be easier to give you specific advice. If there are missing pins, it can affect your motherboard's performance or even fry other parts if you attempt to power it up. So, let's see the image and go from there!
Thanks for the input! I’ve added the link to the image here: https://imgur.com/a/JzF3DZq. What do you think?
