I had a power outage and now my PC is acting up. It's powering on but displaying weird lines randomly. Sometimes it shows everything fine, but then it goes blank. USB ports seem to be alive since my phone charges when plugged in, but my keyboard and mouse aren't responding. I tried different peripherals and even removed the CMOS battery for about 10 minutes. After putting it back, everything lit up, but now there's no display at all. The fans are running, and the GPU lights are on, but I can't even get a display from the motherboard's VGA port, even after trying different monitors. I'm currently leaving the CMOS battery out and everything unplugged for a bit. Any ideas on what could be causing this? I'm hoping it's just the CMOS battery, but I'm starting to suspect it might be the PSU or motherboard instead.

Have you tried connecting your PC to a different monitor? You might want to confirm if the issue lies with the monitor itself. If that's not the case, it seems like a motherboard issue based on your symptoms. It happened to me a while back after a brief power outage.
Yes, I tried two monitors—one via HDMI and one via DisplayPort. I even switched to using the monitor's VGA port with the GPU removed, but none worked. The monitors are fine since they work on my other PC. I'm considering swapping out the PSU, but it's pretty old.
