I noticed you're going with an Intel Core i5-13400F. If you're gaming, just make sure your GPU pairs well with it. Also, for just a little more, I can suggest a better build with a different CPU and GPU that’ll give you more power for the same price.
I'm not from the US though. The GPU alone in your suggestion is around $428! That's a bit out of my budget.
Looks decent overall, but I think your GPU might not be the best choice for future-proofing. If your main goal is gaming and streaming, you might want to explore other options or check if you can stretch your budget just a bit.
