I recently worked on my PC for the first time by removing and reseating my AMD cooler and CPU, applying new thermal paste because it was overheating, and I didn't have any issues right after. However, after putting in new fans, now I can't get any display on my monitors when I power it on. Everything seems to be running fine: the fans are spinning, the GPU lights up, and the RAM is lit, but no display shows up. I'm noticing yellow LED lights on the motherboard and near the GPU that stay on even when I turn on the PC, and I can't power off the PC normally; I have to unplug it. I've tried reseating and swapping the RAM, using different HDMI and DisplayPort cables, removing and replacing the motherboard battery, and even booting without the GPU. Could my GPU be damaged or is it something else? Here's what my setup looks like: I have a Zalman Z3 Iceberg case, an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, NVIDIA RTX 3060 TI GPU, 16GB of RAM, a 650W Corsair power supply, and storage options including a 1TB SSD and HDD.

It sounds like you might have a PSU issue. Sometimes they can fail without completely shutting off the PC. Have you noticed any previous warnings like random shutdowns or blue screens? Those could hint at a failing power supply.
Might sound obvious, but just to make sure, you've plugged your HDMI cable into your GPU and not the motherboard output, right? It's a common mistake!
Yep, definitely into the GPU. I didn't know it was even possible to plug it into the motherboard!
Have you checked the debug LEDs on your motherboard? They might give you a clue about what's wrong. If one of them lights up, it'll typically indicate whether it's a CPU, RAM, or GPU issue. Check your motherboard manual for where to find those LEDs and what they mean!
I did check, but my LEDs don't match the manual, just a bunch of yellow lights on the back.
Yeah, I've had a few instances where it shuts off but I still hear sounds from the game. I thought it was just overheating, but now I'm wondering if the PSU is the culprit.
