I've been dealing with frequent PC crashes for a while now, especially after I upgraded to a 4K 165Hz monitor. I have an RTX 3070, and initially, everything was fine for months. However, whenever I run GPU-intensive applications, my PC completely shuts down. I've checked all the wiring, and everything is connected properly without any damage. To troubleshoot, I've ordered a new power supply and an RTX 3070 Ti to see if that makes a difference. The crashes seem to happen more often with GPU-heavy tasks like VR, which is frustrating. It's gotten to the point where I can replicate the crash every time, and it also resets my game settings. If you have any questions that could help diagnose the issue, feel free to ask!

One thing to check is whether you have any overclocking profiles active. Bad overclocking can definitely cause stability issues. Have you tried adjusting the settings or reverting to default?

I haven't overclocked my CPU since it’s a Ryzen 5 5700X3D and not really possible. The GPU is also untouched, just updated drivers. I do have XMP profiles enabled for my RAM though.
