I'm building a new PC with a 7800X3D CPU and a 5070 Ti GPU, but I can't get my hands on an 850W PSU right away. I have a 650W Corsair 80+ Gold PSU available and I'm wondering if I can use it temporarily until my new PSU arrives. Is it safe, or should I wait?

Using a 650W PSU is typically fine for your setup. The 7800X3D is efficient, usually only pulling around 70W, and the 5070 Ti can peak at about 350W. Overall, you're likely looking at around 400W during gaming, so a good quality 650W PSU should handle it without issues. Just make sure it has all the right connectors!
That's reassuring! Just wanted to make sure I wasn't risking any damage.
